We believe that the best way to learn is by trying. And the only way to achieve that is by being an essential part of a project team. Upon joining our program, you will take over a meaningful task to bring the company forward. This is the only way that you can test what you have learned and receive valuable feedback and practical guidance from supervisors and colleagues.

Graduate Certificate
Upon successful completion of your project, you will receive a graduation certificate proving that you have gained valuable international working experiences as well as strengthened your respective knowledge in your chosen area. Students who received a be.spoke Scholarship or completed our Social Work Program receive an additional certificate of achievement.
Depending on which program you choose, you can also achieve a variety of certificates that prove your newly acquired coding, leadership or language skills.
Letter of Recommendation
In addition to your certificate, you will receive a letter of recommendation from your supervisor or CEO of the company. The majority of our participants receive extraordinary good recommendations that will distinguish them among the hundreds of other students entering the job market.

How it works
What awaits you in our structured program?
Positive climate and appreciative approach right from the start:
kick-off. At the kick-off you will meet your mentor. This meeting will clarify cooperation for the entre program.
Communication at eye level: one to one meetng
The core element of the program is the individual mentoring between mentee and mentor. Whether only a few weeks or several months, the tandems meet individually and work regularly on their goals.
Right balance of space for outside-of-the-box thinking and structured reflection
Mentees as well as mentors are methodically supported throughout the program and are supported in reflecting on their specific roles and tasks. Students have the opportunity to develop their ideas and deepen their academic skills without the fear to fail.
Clear visions and packed with new knowledge
In your final week, your program performance will be evaluated by both mentor and supervisor. They will provide you with structured and objective feedback on your past weeks while offering you to ask any question that is on your mind.
